Food Hall & Commercial Kitchen

Our food hall is about to be your new favorite place. We’re finding local food service entrepreneurs to provide a space where they can produce, retail, and wholesale their products and run their businesses. A brand new shared-use commercial kitchen will be built for food preparation as well as healthy food cooking workshops for locals.

Business Incubator & Marketplace

We know our community is already filled with great ideas; we want to provide an affordable space to put them to work. Low-income residents with business ideas or entrepreneurs in need of a brick-and-mortar location can retail products or services in independent stalls throughout the Warehouse.

Community Space

Our Warehouse's Community Space will be available to local groups and organizations looking for a location to host meetings, workshops, classes, and more. We'll have a regular schedule of workshops for both adults and youth on healthy eating and cooking, home gardening, family planning and budgeting, employment training, and other topics relevant to the community.

Medical Clinic & Pharmacy

We are excited to provide a much-needed medical clinic with an accessible pharmacy to the Downtown Henderson area. Local residents will be able to obtain walk-in services and discounted prescriptions, as well as over-the-counter medications and medical products, right in their neighborhood.
